Telesales Executive

India

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide product information accordingly.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and support field sales activities.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order follow-ups, and delivery updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
