Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. You will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday (timings may vary as per company policy).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
