Sales Supervisor (CFMOTO + EV + IXMOTO)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the sales operations of Al Shaali Moto UAE. The role will oversee B2C and B2B sales for CFMOTO motorcycles & ATVs, EV golf carts, and IXMOTO products (LS2 helmets & accessories). The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the Dubai sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of targets and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise-

  • Drive sales performance across motorcycles, EVs, and clothing accessories.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (B2C and B2B).
  • Ensure accurate lead and sales cycle management through Keyloop DMS.
  • Develop strong corporate and fleet customer relationships (hospitality, real estate, municipalities, logistics, rental).

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Dubai sales team to deliver results.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and weekly performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching and training to improve sales performance.
  • Enforce discipline in lead reporting, quotation follow-ups, and customer handling.

Business Development

  • Identify and secure B2B contracts and fleet deals.
  • Expand IXMOTO product reach across dealer and retail networks.
  • Support events, exhibitions, and activations for brand visibility and lead generation.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide sales forecasts and support stock planning with brand manager.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic adjustments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly unit sales for CFMOTO, EV golf carts, and IXMOTO.
  • Gross Profit: Deliver UAE GP targets while maintaining discount discipline.
  • Team Efficiency: 100% reporting compliance in Keyloop; ≤5% unopened web leads.
  • Customer Experience: 90%+ customer satisfaction scores; response time <2 hours.
  • Market Development: 5 new B2B opportunities monthly

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE in a sales supervisory within the automotive, motorcycles, powersports, or EV industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team and deliver consistent results in UAE.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in B2B and fleet sales is a must.
  • Familiarity with CRM/DMS systems (Keyloop experience is an advantage).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • UAE Driving License required
  • Motorcycle & Off Road Enthusiast

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
