About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong expertise in Air Freight to drive business development, manage key accounts, and expand our air cargo portfolio. The role requires a proven track record in freight sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute air freight sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in air cargo.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight sales or freight forwarding.
• Established client network in the logistics and freight sector.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Russian language skills are an advantage.
