Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, data hunting, qualifying potential clients, aligning meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs), and conducting post-meeting feedback calls. The role demands excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Hunting:
  • Research and identify potential business leads through online sources, LinkedIn, directories, and databases.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated lead database in CRM tools.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads based on client requirements and readiness to engage.
  • Meeting Alignment:
  • Schedule and align meetings between qualified leads and the assigned BDMs.
  • Ensure both client and BDM receive all meeting details (date, time, agenda).
  • Feedback Calls:
  • Conduct feedback calls with clients after BDM meetings to assess satisfaction, interest level, and next steps.
  • Share client feedback and outcomes with the Sales & Management team for follow-up actions.
  • Follow-up & Reporting:
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects until closure or disqualification.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and feedback received.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong research and data-handling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Sheets).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and persistence in achieving targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Communication).
  • Minimum 06 Months of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Performance Metrics (KRAs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Number of meetings aligned with BDMs.
  • Quality and timeliness of feedback calls.
  • Conversion rate from meetings to potential deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
