Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and promoting our trading and investment services over the phone. If you are passionate about finance, have excellent communication skills, and are driven by targets, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote stock market services.
• Educate customers on stock trading products, brokerage accounts, and investment opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable trading plans or investment options.
• Convert leads into active clients through effective sales pitches and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide basic guidance on trading platforms and account setup.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle pressure and rejection professionally.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
