A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products or services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Explain product features, benefits to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
