Telesales Executive

We are looking for someone who has experience in a Tele-sales with minimum 1 year of experience.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Offering customers to present our service
• Looking who can do outbound calls and offer our service
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Provide Solutions to the client's needs and capabilities
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
• Keep an updated customer database
• Measure identified KPIs
• Always strive towards meeting sales Target
• Prepare and present achievements and KPI's
• commission will be provided upon achieving the specified target.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree
• Working hours are 8 am – 5.30 pm/10.30 am – 8 pm (according to shift)
• Working days - 5 (2 days off will be provided according to the shift)
• Gender – Female/Male
