Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will represent our portfolio of premium properties, guide clients through the buying process, and help them make informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties directly from the developer
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and brokers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and sales tools

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (Dubai market preferred Developer )
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
• Must be based in Dubai .
