Telesales Executive

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience (1 years minimum) as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a clear, engaging, and professional telephone manner.
• Resilience: Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and maintain a positive, high-energy attitude under pressure.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
• Goal-Oriented: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
