Job Description:

Raipur Builder is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves connecting with potential clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, and promoting our construction and interior services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales
• Explain company services (construction and interior solutions) clearly and professionally
• Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum Graduation and 2 year experience have in same field.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English proficiency is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service will be an added advantage
