Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting services, and successfully closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and explain service details.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Pitch and close sales with customers by understanding their requirements.
• Maintain customer information, call details, and sales records.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates preferred.
• Experience in sales or telesales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under target-driven environments.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
