Job Title: Lead Converter / Lead Conversion Executive

Location: Sector-80, Noida

Job Summary

The Lead Converter will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound sales leads into qualified prospects by understanding customer requirements, following up consistently, and coordinating with the sales team to close opportunities. The role focuses on lead nurturing, follow-ups, and improving conversion ratios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with assigned leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on company criteria
  • Convert potential leads into sales opportunities or confirmed orders
  • Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, demos, and closures
  • Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM/Excel
  • Ensure timely follow-up to maximize lead conversion
  • Handle customer queries and provide basic product/service information
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion reports
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead conversion, telecalling, inside sales, or customer support
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing / B2B sales environment
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and lead management processes
  • Ability to handle high-volume leads efficiently
