We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with experience in sales . In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients, promote telecom products and services, and meet sales goals through outbound calls and occasional in-person visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to present and sell telecom solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services.
  • Build and manage a solid pipeline of potential clients.
  • Consistently meet or surpass sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Keep up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of telesales experience; field sales background is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must hold a valid ID and be legally eligible to work in Oman.
