Position Overview

As a Telesales Representative – Stock Broker, you will engage prospective clients through outbound calls, educate them on stock market investment opportunities, and guide them through trading solutions. You will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation by leveraging your market knowledge and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients and introduce stock market investment opportunities.
  • Educate clients on market trends, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and handle client queries related to trading and account management.
  • Assist clients with investment account setup and trade execution.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and convert leads into active clients.
  • Stay updated on financial market news, stock performance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or telemarketing (financial services / stock broking preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and investment concepts.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex financial products to clients.
  • Highly target-driven with strong closing abilities.
  • Confident in handling objections and closing sales professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales software.
