Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required

Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in telesales, call center, or sales role (preferred but not mandatory for fresh candidates)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English & Urdu
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
