Telesales Executive

Job Overview:
DNB Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and database management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and schedule property viewings for sales agents
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Telesales, preferably in real estate (MANDATORY)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Arabic speaking is highly preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 + attractive commission
