Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing PropTech team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, promoting property-related services, and converting inquiries into successful sales opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound and inbound calls to promote company services and property listings.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Explain product and service features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing and property consultants.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and company offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or PropTech.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Target-oriented with strong persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
