Job Summary
Al and PR Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, promoting real estate services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Promote the company's real estate services and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa / Freelance Visa / Sponsored Visa).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
- Ability to generate and convert leads effectively.
