Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Interior & Fit-Out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, promoting interior fit-out solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the construction, interior, or fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, and design services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, databases, digital inquiries, and referrals.
  • Explain company services, products, and fit-out solutions to prospective customers.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/business development team.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding quotations, proposals, and project inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM/software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the sales, estimation, and operations teams for smooth lead conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide prompt support.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Spouse Visa/Dependent Visa.
  • 2–4 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales coordination, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, real estate, or building materials industry in the UAE.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai interior fit-out market will be an advantage.
