Job Description:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers. Your main goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
• Explain the features and benefits of our financial services.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial services and products is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is preferred.
