We are hiring experienced Telesales Executives for a fast-growing iGaming brand based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Urdu and English, confident in sales communication, and experienced in handling customer interactions and conversions over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls and messaging platforms
• Promote company products, offers, and gaming services
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly sales/conversion targets
• Handle customer queries professionally in Urdu and English
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Coordinate with the retention and support teams when required

Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or iGaming industry preferred
• Fluent communication skills in Urdu and English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online communication platforms
• Positive attitude and professional behavior

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in betting, casino, gaming, or affiliate industry
• Knowledge of South Asian customer market
• Ability to work rotational shifts
