Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Avance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, and converting prospects into successful sales for our corporate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Explain company services including business setup and corporate solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales or sales (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
