We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to support our sales team by generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and creating opportunities with prospective property investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and investors from company-provided databases.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their property investment requirements and budget.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the direct sales team.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Generate qualified leads and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide information about available projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets. These responsibilities align with common Dubai real estate telesales roles. (Indeed)

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center, customer service, or real estate sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required; Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Urdu, or other languages are an advantage.
• Confident telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
