We're hiring a UK International Telesales / Telemarketing Executive - Karachi (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven individuals to join our team as UK International Telesales / Telemarketing Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting UK-based leads and customers, introducing company products and services, handling objections, and converting leads into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken English, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based leads and prospective customers.
• Introduce and explain company products and services professionally.
• Follow approved sales scripts and company procedures.
• Build customer interest and convert leads into successful sales.
• Handle objections confidently and effectively.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / A-Level or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts aligned with UK business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center operations.
• Experience working on UK-based campaigns.
• Background in cold calling is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, education, or trading campaigns will be a plus.
