Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Contact prospective leads and existing customers to promote products or services, following established sales scripts.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, overcome customer objections, and close sales over the phone. Dancers
- Customer Retention: Maintain strong client relationships, handle grievances to preserve company reputation, and promote repeat business.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database, including call notes and sales outcomes.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to make effective recommendations.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Persuasive Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills to build quick rapport and convey value.

Common Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly valued but entry-level roles exist.
- Education: A high school diploma is typically the minimum requirement, though a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications can be advantageous.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is frequently required for localized roles (e.g., in the UAE, fluency in English, Arabic is often necessary depending on the target market).
