Telesales Executive

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Contact prospective leads and existing customers to promote products or services, following established sales scripts.
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, overcome customer objections, and close sales over the phone. Dancers
  • Customer Retention: Maintain strong client relationships, handle grievances to preserve company reputation, and promote repeat business.
  • Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database, including call notes and sales outcomes.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to make effective recommendations.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Persuasive Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills to build quick rapport and convey value.
  • Resilience: Ability to remain calm and motivated in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and target-driven environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), dialing software, and basic data entry.
  • Negotiation: The ability to address doubts, pivot conversations, and turn difficult leads into buying customers.

Common Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly valued but entry-level roles exist.
  • Education: A high school diploma is typically the minimum requirement, though a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications can be advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is frequently required for localized roles (e.g., in the UAE, fluency in English, Arabic is often necessary depending on the target market).
