Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to support our manpower and recruitment business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective clients, promoting recruitment and staffing services, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients through outbound calls to promote manpower and recruitment services.
  • Generate new business leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Follow up with companies regarding staffing and recruitment requirements.
  • Maintain and update client databases, leads, and sales records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams regarding client requirements and candidate availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Handle inquiries related to staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, and workforce solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service information for clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client requirements and pending proposals.
  • Support management with sales reports and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Business Development, or Recruitment Sales.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel ( VLOOKUP, reporting, data management, and tracking).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email correspondence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in manpower recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or HR services will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Energetic, confident, and sales-driven personality.
  • Ability to build rapport with HR Managers, Recruiters, and Business Owners.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Experience handling B2B sales and client acquisition is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
