Telesales Executive – Blinds and Curtains

We are a leading manufacturer of blinds and curtains, delivering high-quality solutions to customers across the UAE. To maximise our sales potential, we are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to follow up on quotations and convert them into orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up on all sent quotations via phone, WhatsApp and email to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively pitch the benefits of our products and services.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to drive decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or a related role.
  • Proven track record as an aggressive closer who thrives on achieving targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in perfect English.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and enjoys talking to customers on the phone.
  • Good command on English Language
  • Experience in the blinds, curtains, or home furnishing industry is an advantage but not essential.
