Telesales Executive (Hindi, Malayalam & English Speaker)

Job Description:
We are looking for a multilingual Telesales Executive who can communicate fluently in Hindi, Malayalam, and English. The role includes making outbound calls, promoting company products/services, handling customer inquiries across multiple languages, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly in Hindi, Malayalam, and English
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Deliver excellent customer service across all supported languages

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English (spoken and written preferred)
• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, target-driven, and persuasive personality
• Ability to handle multilingual customer interactions professionally
• Basic computer literacy (excel)
