Telesales Executive - Exhibition, Events , Delegate sales

Key Responsibility:

• Market search and building new data leads based on specific criteria.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Registration data process.
• Conducting weekly achievement report.
• Preparing database inventory reports and data analytics.
• Communicate with target customers to promote the company services.
• Completing the daily telemarketing (Outbound/inbound) calls and follow up e-mails.
• Answering client queries about events registration and assist them accordingly.
• Tracking registration figures to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Conducting customer’s feedback report.
• Using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Conducting weekly CRM report.
• Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.

Required Experience, Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive, Tele sales and data management.
• In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
• Good Knowledge and use of LinkedIn and other SM platforms, Awareness of digital marketing is also useful
• Operational use of Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ...)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Tele sales Skills
• Event/Exhibitions business awareness and understanding of business requirements.
• Customer-facing skills
• Good time management, organization and planning skills
• Communication skills and networking ability
• Ability to think creatively and analytically
• Driven and self-motivation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
