Telesales Executive- Female Only

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

Female Graduate - Proven track record in Marketing, with at least 1 years of experience in a marketing role

Very good command of English and Hindi language

Computer skills: MS word, MS Excel skills, and Ms outlook skills advanced.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
