Telesales Executive ( Nepalii speaking only)

Job Summary:

EI Visa Services is hiring experienced Female Telesales Consultants to join our growing immigration sales team in Dubai. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 months of experience in immigration consultancy and be fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Nepalii , is an added advantage.

As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, following up with potential clients, and converting qualified leads into successful immigration cases. You will play a key role in providing accurate immigration guidance and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive daily telesales calls
• Follow up on assigned leads and convert them into clients
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information about immigration programs
• Meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets
• Keep detailed client records in the company’s CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to reach company-wide goals
• Participate in short promotional videos for social media (optional but preferred)

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 3–6 months of experience in immigration sales
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Professional handling of multiple client inquiries
• Basic computer literacy and CRM knowledge
• Positive, goal-oriented, and team-driven attitude
• Willingness to appear in short social media videos is a plus
