Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Bilingual)

We’re looking for a Telesales Executive with strong real estate experience to join Remax Zam — a modern brokerage redefining the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with qualified leads from our CRM and marketing funnels.
  • Present investment and rental opportunities clearly and professionally.
  • Identify buyer, renter, or investor requirements and match them to available projects.
  • Schedule and confirm in-office appointments with sales consultants.
  • Update CRM and ensure smooth lead handover to the sales team.
  • Support marketing campaigns through strategic calling and event invitations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of telesales experience in Dubai real estate (MUST).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (other languages are an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
  • Confident, persuasive, and well-spoken personality.
  • CRM and lead management experience preferred.
