Kolo is a fast-growing marketplace for home construction & interiors. Our flagship program, SmartSelect, helps homeowners save lakhs while getting the best designers, contractors & interior products. We are now building a strong building materials network (tiles, sanitaryware, etc.) to support homeowners and professionals with the right products at the right price.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive – Tiles in Banglore to speak with homeowners, contractors, interior designers and retailers, explain our tile offerings, and convert leads into orders or qualified opportunities. You will be the first point of contact, helping them choose the right tiles based on design, budget and project needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Call & engage with inbound and follow-up leads (ads, campaigns, referrals, existing database)
  • Understand the project requirement (area, budget, style, timelines) and recommend suitable tiles
  • Clearly explain product options, pricing, offers and value vs. market
  • Convert conversations into store visits / sample requests / orders
  • Maintain and update all leads & follow-ups in the CRM for smooth tracking and closures
  • Coordinate with the on-ground sales / showroom / ops team wherever needed
  • Share regular feedback on customer objections, popular designs, and competitor insights to improve sales & marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • Mandatory: Background in building materials (tiles, sanitaryware, cement, plywood, laminates, paint, etc.)
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales, preferably in building materials / interiors / real estate products
  • Strong English communication; Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage
  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach – not just pushing, but guiding
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and high ownership mindset – takes responsibility for follow-ups and closures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.68 per month
