Telesales Executive – UK-Based Agency

Job Type: Hybrid (Office Near Millenium Mall)

Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (PKT)

Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience) + Commission

Experience Required: 3 – 8 Years

Salary: PKR 200,000 – 500,000 + Commission

Minimum Sales Target: USD 5,000 / month

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Telesales Executives to join our growing team at a UK-based digital services agency. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident on calls, have strong English communication skills, and can close deals with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients (UK, US, GCC markets)

- Pitch and sell services such as:

> Digital Marketing & Design (Social Media, SEO, Google Ads, logo design, branding e.t.c.)

> Website Development & Software Solutions

- Handle inbound leads and convert them into clients

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

- Follow up with prospects and close deals

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

- 3 to 8 years of telesales / outbound sales experience

- Proven experience working with UK, US, or GCC clients

- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills

- Confidence in cold calling and objection handling

- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

- Ability to work in a hybrid setup

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduate mandatory)
