Telesales Executive - UK Process

We're looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to join a growing team in Dubai, supporting a UK-based campaign. If you're passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and enjoy engaging with customers over the phone - this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and guide them through the service process.
  • Build rapport with customers and provide clear, accurate information in line with company procedures.
  • Manage all interactions through the internal CRM system and Zoho software, ensuring details are accurately updated.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth campaign operations.
  • Handle objections and queries confidently, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills (UK accent familiarity is a plus).
  • Previous telesales or call centre experience is preferred, especially with UK or international campaigns.
  • Working experience with Zoho software is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
