Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our UK International Sales team. The role involves cold calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, pitching products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and prior telesales/inside sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the UK market.
  • Present and promote company products/services to decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified leads through effective questioning and relationship-building.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate prospect information.
  • Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over the phone.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international telesales standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or international voice process (UK preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and persuade customers over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in UK shift timings (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
