Job Title: Telesales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product details, and closing sales over the phone. You should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a proven ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to generate interest.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in the CRM.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Confidence in handling outbound and inbound calls.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
