TeleSales Marketing

Job Summary:

DataLogic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Marketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT product or service sales, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships through telephonic and online channels. This is a 6-month contractual role with the potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote DataLogic’s IT products and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead information.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of IT products, solutions, or SaaS-based offerings.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
• Location: Mumbai (On-site)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
