Telesales & Marketing Executive (Female)

United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Handle objections and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and provide detailed information.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software

Preferred

  • A proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
