We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telesales Officer to join our dynamic sales team in the Solar EPC industry. The Telesales Officer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, educating them about our solar solutions, answering their questions, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong understanding of solar energy solutions.

Job Description:

  • Engage in cold calling to potential customers to introduce our solar solutions
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches.
  • Handle and follow up leads generated from all channels of marketing, specially website enquiries & social media marketing leads
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy and our services in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.
  • Coordinate with Sales team for follow-up of enquiries, proposals to deal closer, invoicing and payment recovery
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the solar industry and our product offerings.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Achieve lead targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow and execute the sales plan diligently.

Qualification:

  • Candidate (preferably female) of 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Solar EPC company
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and the renewable energy market.
  • Excellent phone manner and articulation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately update CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
