Your Key Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries through Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Website Leads, and Walk-ins.
• Understand learners' career goals and recommend the most suitable certification programs.
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions while achieving monthly enrollment targets.
• Build long-term relationships through professional follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
• Confidently explain course benefits, certifications, and career advancement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and student information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion and campaign performance.

We're Looking ForExperience

• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience.
• Experience in Education/EdTech, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Real Estate Sales is highly preferred.

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Strong consultative selling and closing ability

✔ Target-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic personality

✔ Customer-focused with a professional attitude

✔ Good computer literacy and CRM proficiency
