Telesales Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products or services, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
• Explain company services and offers clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Hindi, Malayalam, or Gujarati are a plus).
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
