Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce exclusive Dubai real estate projects
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and connect clients with Property Consultants
• Manage and follow up with your client database regularly
• Handle property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to build trust and long-term business

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telesales (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
• Must be based in Dubai and ready to join immediately
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
• For Real Estate Agents: knowledge of Dubai communities and RERA certification is a plus
