Telesales Rep

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients.
• Provide accurate information about clinic services, promotions, and appointments.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Maintain patient database and follow up effectively to close leads.
• Coordinate with front desk and medical team for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain high professionalism and service standards in every call.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Minimum 1 year experience in telesales within a clinic/medical/aesthetic center.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of aesthetic services, treatments, and basic medical terminology is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Fluent in Arabic
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
