Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and take inbound calls from interested prospects to present and promote products and services.
  • Generate and manage leads: Identify and qualify sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and direct prospects to field sales teams when necessary..
  • Maintain customer relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage customer data: Enter and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities accurately into a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' activities.

Skills and qualifications

  • Education and experience:
  • A high school diploma is typically required; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a tele sales or customer service role is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
