Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Fairways Logistics is seeking Telesales Representatives who are energetic, confident, and target-driven to strengthen our night shift team. In this role, you will connect with clients across the US and Canada, promote our freight and logistics solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment and want to build a career in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
• Present and promote our freight forwarding and transportation services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend customized logistics solutions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
• Follow up on warm leads through phone calls and emails to close deals.
• Accurately manage and update client information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer support by resolving queries with a client-first approach.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company services.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (experience with US/Canada markets preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Basic computer literacy with knowledge of CRM tools and email communication.
• Confident, resilient, and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.
• Full-time availability for the night shift at our DHA Phase 6 office.
