Telesales Representative

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Representative who can confidently engage with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate must be fluent in at least two of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or English.

You will play a key role in generating leads, explaining products/services, and driving conversions while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate product information.
  • Convert leads into sales by building trust and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up notes in CRM.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team for process improvement.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience with clear communication and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred).
  • Fluency in at least two languages: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
