Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

ATU Logistics is hiring energetic, confident, and target-driven Telesales Representatives to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll engage with clients across the US and Canada, promote our freight and logistics services, and convert leads into lasting business relationships. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment and are eager to build a successful career in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
• Promote and present our freight forwarding and transportation services to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
• Follow up on warm leads via phone calls and emails to close deals.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues with a client-first approach.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and company updates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (US/Canada market experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Basic computer literacy with knowledge of CRM tools and email communication.
• Confident, resilient, and self-motivated to meet sales goals.
• Full-time night shift availability at our office near DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
