Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Tele Sales Executives to join our team full-time in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, it focuses on generating leads and closing sales through phone communication.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or cold leads.

· Handle to meet or exceed daily/Weekly/ and monthly targets for calls, volume, and sales.

· Managed to build and nurture positive relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries effectively.

· Stay Up-to-date and make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

· Maintain accurate data records of all interactions, updating our CRM system to track progress and opportunities.

· Helped the productive team members reach quotas or sales.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year of proven Telesales experience, preferably in Dubai.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

· Confident and comfortable making cold calls with a strong phone presence.

· Fluency in English is mandatory and can speak Arabic; Additional Language are an advantage.

· Motivated by targets and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

· Professional, positive attitude, a team player, and ability to face rejection professionally.
